Farragut State Park

Farragut State Park is a public recreation area in the northwest United States, located in northern Idaho at the southern tip of Lake Pend Oreille in the Coeur d’Alene Mountains. The 4,000-acre state park is five miles east of Athol in Kootenai County, about thirty miles northeast of Coeur d’Alene.

Northern Idaho Real Estate value is increasing!

The average home price in the region rose 2.7% year over year to $636,148. Sale prices were 5.1% higher than in the second quarter of 2023.

Compared to the second quarter of 2023, prices rose an average of 5.9% in the northern market areas covered by this report.
